1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any products once delivered.
All purchases made on our website are considered final. Customers are advised to review product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

2. No Refund Policy
We follow a strict no refund policy.
Refunds will not be issued for:
incorrect size selection
change of mind
delay in delivery due to courier issues
slight color variation
personal preferences

3. Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)
We offer exchange only for size-related issues, subject to the following conditions:
Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Customer must provide an unboxing video as proof in case of damage claims
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags and packaging must be intact
Exchange will be processed only after inspection and approval
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the product is returned in damaged or used condition.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchange is not applicable for:
customized or altered products
discounted items
products damaged after use
products returned without prior request

5. Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product:
Inspection will be completed within 2–3 business days
Approved exchanges will be shipped within 3–5 business days

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours
Provide unboxing video proof
Send details via WhatsApp or Email
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

7. Shipping Charges for Exchanges
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is due to a defective product or our error.

8. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped. Customized orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.
