   Aazhi for Women is an ethnic wear boutique based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, specializing in women’s clothing including kurtis, co-ord sets, maxis, and handloom outfits. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under parental supervision.
   
2. Products & Accuracy
   We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:
   Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
   Fabric texture and handloom variations are natural characteristics, not defects.
   We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify products at any time without prior notice.
   
3. Pricing & Payments
   All prices listed are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
   We accept secure payments through authorized payment gateways including Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
   Aazhi for Women reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
   pricing errors
   suspected fraud
   payment failure
   stock unavailability
   If payment was deducted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
   
4. Shipping Policy
   Estimated delivery timelines:
   Customised orders: 7–10 days
   Tamil Nadu deliveries: 1–2 days
   Outside Tamil Nadu: 4–6 days
   Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
   
5. Exchange Policy
   We do NOT offer returns or refunds.
   We only offer size exchange under these conditions:
   Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
   Opening video is mandatory for damage claims
   Product must be unused and undamaged
   Exchange will be processed only after inspection
   We reserve the right to reject exchanges if the product condition does not meet requirements.
   
6. Order Cancellation
   Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing or dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
   
7. Intellectual Property
   All content on this website — including images, logos, designs, text, and graphics — is the property of Aazhi for Women and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
   
8. Limitation of Liability
   Aazhi for Women shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
   use of the website
   delay in delivery
   product misuse
   third-party courier issues
   
9. User Conduct
   You agree not to:
   use the website for unlawful activities
   attempt unauthorized access
   interfere with website security
   submit false information
   Violation may result in account restriction or legal action.
